Returns and refunds

As our voluntary store policy, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with its original tags attached, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, return delivery costs are your responsibility. Original delivery fees are not refundable where lawful.

• Personalised, altered, or made-to-order products;
• Opened hygiene-sensitive or sealed goods where return would create a health or hygiene risk;
• Gift cards; and
• Items marked final sale, except where defective or where applicable law gives you a right to return them.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Your statutory rights are separate from our voluntary policy.

Where goods do not meet the standards required by Zimbabwe's Consumer Protection Act, or qualify for return under that Act, available remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

1. Contact customer care with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request.
2. Include clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Wait for return instructions and a return reference before sending anything.
4. Pack the item securely and include all supplied parts.

Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed. Do not send products to an address shown on a carrier label unless our team confirms it as the return address.

We inspect returned goods before approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

If a return does not meet this policy, we will contact you before taking further action.

Size or product exchanges depend on stock availability. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, we may refund an eligible return so you can place a new order.
