By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies they reference. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access to protect customers, the store, or our legal rights.

We aim to present descriptions, colours, images, prices, and availability accurately. Displays can render colour differently, and handmade or material-dependent products may have minor variations. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it.

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, or delivery limitations. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

The price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and total are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised through an available payment method. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen method.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Zimbabwe's Consumer Protection Act, Cyber and Data Protection Act, or other applicable law.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, scrape the store in a harmful or automated manner, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights.

The website, branding, photographs, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Modeste By Ano and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership transfers to you.

Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted; other use requires prior written permission.

Checkout, payment, delivery, and other features may rely on third parties with their own terms. We work to keep the store available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Planned maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This does not limit liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint fairly.

This does not prevent a consumer from seeking assistance from the Consumer Council of Zimbabwe or using another remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms prospectively when our services or legal obligations change. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
